one of the most famous dishes in Italy and abroad and one of the most appreciated gastronomic offers during aperitifs, buffets and catering. To realize the deep-frozen stuffed olives, the best suppliers select only giant green stoned olives; once removed the stone, olives are filled with meat (mixture of beef, turkery and pork), and then are accompanied with flavours, herbs and grated cheese.

Breading: breadcrumbs, fine-ground flour, water, eggs.

Without additives or artificial colouring.

COOKING METHOD : Allow the product to thaw at room temperature (20°/22°) for 7/8 hours, if left in the refrigerator about 12 hours. So frying medium temperature 180°/200° for 5/6 minutes. Serve warm.
