Rice, shrimps, tomate paste, tomate concentrate, ricotta cheese, margarine, onion, basil, garlic, sunflower oil, olive oil, glucose, white wine, flavour enhancer, (monosodium glutamate), salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Without additives or artificial colouring.
Breading: breadcrumbs, fine-ground flour, water, eggs.
COOKING METHOD: Allow the product to thaw at room temperature (20°/22°) for 7/8 hours, if left in the refrigerator about 12 hours. So frying medium temperature 180°/200° for 5/6 minutes. Serve warm.
