Fileja with mushrooms. Fileja are the typical handmade pasta of Vibonese, in particular from the Poro area. They belong to the oldest and most noble tradition of Calabrian culinary art because they consist of water, salt and white flour, once very rare and expensive, and therefore inaccessible to less affluent classes.
